Laurie is a certified professional coach and a District Court Judge in Colorado.  She has been on the trial court bench since 2011, originally as a general jurisdiction Magistrate and then appointed in 2013 to the District Court bench.  She is an adjunct professor at University of Denver Sturm College of Law, teaching since 2012.

Laurie is a parent of five, grandparent of five, and mentor to many.  She is skilled in helping others embrace their natural talents and strengths and focus on those traits to achieve their professional and personal goals.
